My Approach

I work in an integrative way, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches to suit you rather than expecting you to fit one model. Every person’s experience of anxiety, loss, stress, or transition is unique, so our work together will reflect that.

At the heart of my approach is compassion, steadiness, and respect for your pace. I aim to create a space where difficult emotions can be explored safely — without judgement, pressure, or the need to “have it all figured out.”

My work is grounded in an understanding of how grief, trauma, and prolonged stress can affect not only how we feel, but how we think, relate to others, and move through daily life. Alongside emotional exploration, I can also offer practical tools to help you manage anxiety, regulate overwhelm, and build resilience.

Therapy with me is collaborative. We work together to make sense of your experiences, identify patterns, and develop ways forward that feel realistic and sustainable.

You don’t have to rush the process. Change happens through feeling understood, not pushed.

I'm a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical framework.
