About Me
I’m Suev, a BACP-registered counsellor and therapist supporting individuals through anxiety, grief, loss, and life’s most difficult transitions. I work with people at times when life feels overwhelming, disorienting, or changed in ways they never expected.
Through my work supporting individuals and families facing profound loss and emotional crisis — including roles with the Samaritans and Shooting Star Children’s Hospices — I’ve seen how deeply grief and trauma can shape our sense of self, our relationships, and our ability to function day to day. I understand that loss is not something to “fix,” but something that needs space, compassion, and careful understanding.
I've also spent over 15 years in high-pressure international corporate environments. This gives me a grounded appreciation of stress, burnout, performance demands, and the challenge of coping privately while appearing to manage publicly.
I work in an integrative, flexible way, meaning that I draw from different therapeutic models tailoring therapy to you. Together, we create a space where your experiences can be explored safely, at your pace, helping you move forward with greater clarity, steadiness, and resilience.
Sessions are available online, providing flexibility and comfort as you take steps towards healing and personal growth.
